Business and Personal Life Coach

 Linda Boes, M.A. Applied Psychology

Life Strategies/Personal Coach

Linda received her Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. While studying at Western Michigan, she began to question the traditional methods of psychology. This led her to the University of Santa Monica in Santa Monica, California where she received her Masters of Art in Applied Psychology with an emphasis in Spiritual Psychology. Linda's strengths lie in the fact that she is willing and able to combine the traditional with the non-traditional. She works in the worlds of body, mind, and spirit focusing on the "wholeness" of the individual.

"An effective counselor is one who has many different techniques from which to draw.  People are unique and individual; consequently, what works with one person may or may not work with another.  The effective counselor is one who has learned to work his/her own process."  L.Boes, M.A.

"Linda uses her talents selectively for hers is not a cookbook method of -- do this and you will discover yourself.  Rather, she coaches, affirms, mentors, and guides a willing participant to discover their own deep truths and wisdom."  Christine Triplett, WMU

"What lies before us and what lies behind us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us."  Ralph Waldo Emerson

Welcome to the world of "Spiritual Psychology"

The Principle of Alchemy:

Changing base metals into Gold.  Alchemy, in relationship to Spiritual Psychology, identifies this process as the ability to take the Lead in our life and turn it into Gold.

An Alchemist:

Someone who assists in the process.

"Out beyond ideas of right-doing and wrong-doing, there is a field.  I'll meet you there."  Rumi

Spiritual Psychology operates from the position that each one of us has all the resources necessary to effectively resolve any situation. When we are willing to access our inner counselor, we can connect with wisdom far greater than ours to assist in dealing with whatever may be present. Learning to work our process on the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual levels facilitates our healing and propels us to another level of awareness. Loving the "what is" opens the door to our healing.

"There is a power far greater than us . . ."

"Everything that happens is for our highest good. . "

". . . I beg you, to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don't search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer."  R.M. Rilke

Through the gateway of feeling your weakness lies your strength.

Through the gateway of feeling your pain lies your pleasure and joy.

Through the gateway of feeling your fear lies your security and safety.

Through the gateway of feeling your loneliness lies your capacity

to have fulfillment, love and companionship.

Through the gateway of feeling your hopelessness lies true and

              justified hope.

Through the gateway of accepting the lacks in your childhood

               lies your fulfillment now.
